SHIPPING PROCESS
Once you purchase an available artwork from this website, we carefully package and ship it with love! Orders are typically dispatched within 3 business days, and delivery takes about 3–10 business days depending on your location and shipping carrier.
RETURNS
All artwork sales are final and non-returnable purchased on this site. Returns may be approved on a case-by-case basis. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us before requesting a return. Returns will not be accepted and a refund or exchange will not be issued if . Shipping costs will be applied.
DAMAGES AND ISSUES
Please reach out to me at contact@cadira.design within 3 days of receiving your artwork, along with an unboxing video and photos. We will help resolve the issue with a replacement or refund, depending on the situation.
REFUNDS
We will notify you once we’ve received and inspected your return, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days (excluding the return shipping). Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your return, please contact us.

Cadira Art & Design (aka Cadira LLC) retains the copyright to all works commissioned by Collector that are created by Artist, including all reproduction rights and the right to claim statutory copyright. No artwork may be reproduced or altered without the written consent of the Artist. Right of Refusal: In the event that the Collector does not wish to purchase the commissioned artwork, the Collector may refuse. In that case, the Artist will retain the refused artwork and the non-refundable deposit can be used as credit by the Collector to purchase another artwork from the artist’s collection. This is free of any claims or interests of the Collector and the Collector will not owe any additional fees to the Artist.
