Shipping is currently available within the USA and Canada only. All orders are fulfilled and shipped from Carpentersville, IL, USA.
Once you have purchased an art piece available on this website, we will get to work in packaging and shipping your painting with utmost love and care. We aim to have the painting shipped within 3 business days and you should receive it within 4-8 business days after that.
Returns
All artwork sales are final and non-returnable purchased on this site. Returns may be approved on a case-by-case basis. You have 15 days after receiving your item to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging.
To start a return, please contact us at contact@cadira.design Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted and a refund or exchange will not be issued. Shipping costs will be applied.
Damages and issues
To ensure fairness and clarity, kindly provide an unboxing video and photos of damaged products. Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us right away if it is defective, damaged, or incorrect, so we can evaluate the issue and resolve it.
Exchanges
Exchanges may be approved on a case-by-case basis. The quickest way to receive your desired item is to return the original (shipping costs apply). Once the return is reviewed and accepted, you can place a new order for the replacement.
Digital Art
they are not eligible for returns, refunds or exchanges. No shipment is involved
Digital art on this website is still original artwork created by Artist using digital tools and delivered as a high-quality file. Once purchased, you can instantly download and print it yourself—no shipping, no wait! Unlike physical art, you receive an instant download that you can print at home, through a print shop, or use on digital platforms.

Commissions
Contact us providing the art concept, dimensions, timeline, clear daylight picture of the room/ space where you’re imagining this art piece and also, reference pictures of other artworks on our website that you particularly like. Once we review your request and let you know if we can create the work.
Once we agree on the artwork based on the details you provide, we’ll prepare a quote. A 50% deposit (non-refundable) is required upfront, with the remaining 50% due upon completion, before the artwork is shipped. Please note that additional shipping charges and applicable local taxes will apply based on your location.

Creation time varies based on the artwork’s size, complexity, and our current workload
- Acrylic Original Paintings: 2–5 weeks

Shipping time is additional and depends on your location and chosen shipping method. Typically, US domestic shipments take 3–5 business days, and Canada shipments may take 4–9 business days.
We’ll keep you informed on the progress, including drafts, work-in-progress photos when applicable via email. This way, you can feel connected to the process until your piece is complete.
Due to the custom-bespoke process, we cannot take any refunds/ replacements. If your artwork arrives damaged, you may request an individual review within five days of delivery. Please email at contact@cadira.design with your name, contact information, and a brief description of the issue. To ensure fairness and clarity, kindly provide an unboxing video and photos. We will respond after reviewing your request.
